Htc weather clock

My weather clock app wont show current location. it sometimes updates to my current location then goes back to my old lacation. is it the widget or htc sever issue?

I assume your GPS its on? Will a third party app like the weather channel find your location?

I dont no i never tried a third party app. But i can tell you it finds me some times then i'll shut the sceen off and turn it back on and it's back to my old location. By the way the old location is 1200 miles from the new one. Lol

I am experiencing the same thing... I noticed if I bring up google maps, click on the my location button on the right then knows where I am.

You guys are going to have to try some diagnostic stuff before we can help you. Check other apps and see if they have the same location issues & report back.

My friend is also having the same problem. We consulted the pamphlet that was enclosed in the packing but it did not help. I googled the problem and came to know there were many people complaining about HTC's GPS system. I guess GPS is not very reliable in HTC mobiles.

If you are on tmobile, i think its tmobile, i have a unlock tmo iphone and the past few days, its been showing me the wrong time zone when i have it on auto setup.

I reboot when mine gets stupid, and it works fine after that.

for whatever reason mine started to work fine. it was not working for 3 weeks now it has been fine for 2 weeks lol strange.
