yesterday, I was receiving a phone call, but i couldn't answer because the phone just kept ringing. An error came up and said system isn't responding, it said to choose to" wait" " close" "send message" I continued to choose close and the phone just went off and never came back on. I do remember that I was charging my phone, so the battery was full/ Please someone HELP.. I bought the phone brand new from off the internet, so I don't have insurance( bad choice) can ANYONE help. I hope I don't have to purchase another.
