They blew the 15 day update pledge on my AT&T variant back in December of 2015...

Yeah but a carrier version isn't the same as unlocked. Att pushes the final update. This is a much "bigger deal" because HTC pushes unlocked updates. Don't make promises you can't keep. Tsk

I was planning on flashing the retail/unlocked ROM to my device when Nougat was released. I guess that's not happening while I still own the device.
