Huawei access denied to network different issue

Hello,
my problem is so different than simple one
I share Wifi through CMD in windows 10 my Huawei Nova 3i does not has any problem after I disconnect and connect to other wifi router and when I come back to my room to connect my Pc says access denied to network and nothing in phone resolve the problem I have to stop Wifi hotspot and restart it again!
did not find any solution even not see any one have the same problem!

That could have something to do with the Ethernet adapter you're using on the phone.
