Huawei as a company

After reading this article i'm pretty impress with this Company how they handle things and rewards their employees. Just shows their loyalty as a company and appreciation to their employees. More companies should do this that's how you keep your best employees to stay with you.

Nice for the employees, but how is customer support and tech support? That's where we see them. (Google happens to be better than fantastic in both those areas. [And, no, I never worked for them.])

Since I got my Nexus 5 I've only called Google once for help. The young man in the Philippines did a good job. If I ever need help from Huawei I'll let you know how it goes.

To be fair that applies to most company when it comes to customer service most of them sucks. Luckily for me i haven't had any issues with most of my phones that i bought a while back ago. I had a burnt pixel on my P30 pro within a few days luckily i was able to exchange right away with the Carrier. Other than that i haven't had to deal with Huawei directly.
