I've just ordered a cable so I can use this on my P20 Pro. Has anyone else used it or planning to try it out?

I've been using it on my Mate 10 Pro. Just don't build your expectations up too high. It's good but definitely not a replacement for a pc/laptop etc obviously. I got a USB-C adaptor and cheap Bluetooth keyboard with track pad both from Amazon and they work great with it. I use mine mainly for some Web browsing, watching videos and streaming [redacted] etc on the main TV in the living room. The novelty wore off a bit after a few days but my Surface Pro died recently so I've been using it a lot more so I don't have to go away and boot up the Desktop pc of I need to do some stuff. It's great that you only need a cable or an adaptor to use it too and not need an expensive dock like DeX or Microsofts Continuum. The only drawback is you can't charge at the same time. Wireless Charging on the phone would have solved this I guess

Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like it works in the situations I expect. Seems like a good way to make a dumb TV smart and a more portable option for when I stay in hotels and don't want to bring my chromebook along.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I work away every now and then and it'll be great for hotel stays.

Not bad to use. I can see it being quite useful with a Bluetooth keyboard. I'm finding it quite good with the phone controlling apart from scrolling feeling like it's upside down.
