Huawei honor 6x won't turn on

i have problem with honor 6x it won't turn on
i hold power button for 15 sec but nothing happened.
but when i plugged charger then holding power button for 15 sec it gives me two short vibrate and then nothing happened :-X

Have you charged it fully, for several hours, undisturbed?

my battery already had 84% charged, i tried to charge my phone for 30 min but nothing happened.
after that i decided to open back cover then i disconnected all cables also battery connector then take apart battery.
i saw a piece of battery cover torn , i cut it after that i saw small hole on battery However i put battery in its place also i connected all cables turn on phone Surprisingly phone turned on and the battery was 83% !!!
now i use phone without any problem but i'm afraid this problem has come back

Since, as you say, the battery is damaged, something very much worse than that may happen. It may be in an explosively dangerous condition.

thank you. so i have to replace the battery with new one.

Unfortunately the problem happened again
battery was 20% the phone was turned off
after 24 hours charging now the battery is 16% !!!

most probably a bad battery.
Also, a bad smell comes from the phone.

That could come from the phone, or from other parts damaged when the battery got damaged.

Also, try to never let the battery drop to less than 40% before charging it, for longest battery life. Also, don't charge it past 98% or 99%. If the charging circuit in the phone doesn't stop charging the battery at 100%, it could boil the electrolyte, causing that hole that you found (and pretty much destroying the battery).

last week i took the phone to mobile repairman to change the broken LCD. he said after changing the phone did not turn on and unfortunately when i was there the repairer connects all the cable again then phone turn on so i realized that problem was from cables .
i think he damaged to the battery
