Huawei Mate 9 reboot loops after downloading new update

Sometimes when I open a random app my Huawei Mate 9 will enter into a bootloop mode which is only escapable by downloading the recovery package (but sometimes won't work) Sometimes It will let me into the lockscreen and then I enter the pin code but then the phone goes into a bootloop mode again. This problem started occurring after I updated to the newest version. My phone is not rooted either. I have already also tried resetting the phone to factory settings which did not solve the problem either.

Hello i got exactly the same thing on my mate 9, the only wat to get out from the reboot loop is to plug the phone on charge. is it a battery issue ? someone with a fix ?
