Huawei P20 pro forgot lock screen password

I hv forgotten my huawei p 20 pro lock screen password..
Performed FACTORY SETTING but still request the lock screen password..
What should i do..?? Thanks.

Same problem here, only option is to contact manufacturer and they arrange to have your phone sent in to a place called sbe but so far its took the ****
