Huawei P30 Pro Touchscreen, Help

Guys, please help. i have Huawei P30 pro 512gb. Touchscreen wont work all of a sudden. I already did factory reset and still no luck. the phone was never dropped, not dipped in water or anything. any of you have any idea what the problem is? thanks

If it does, then it's likely a hardware failure. Assuming the phone is no longer under warranty, you'd have to bring it to a repair shop.
