Huawei P7 Android Uodates

Hi, I read online ages ago about the phone getting an ota update for Android lollipop but that's been about a year now so I decided I would downloaded it manually but i my problem is that I am on build 125 and to get it I should be on build 638 or something like that so what the hell has happened and is there a way to fix it?

Are updates for this phone still going to happen? I had read that huawei had promised marshmallow but it seems to have come out only in Turkey. Will the test of Europe every get an update or is this a case of the manufacturer failing to deliver?
