I wonder if they would try to do something like this in the states. Probably not until they have enough of a customer base though.

Not sure if US banks would want to partner with Huawei.

Not at the moment but if Huawei gained market share similar to i what Samsung has now then I think that it would be possible

Still not sure that's likely due to the US governments disdain for Huawei equipment in cellular networks. I'm sure they would have even more cause for concern with Huawei working with US banks and financial markets.
