Huawei pro mate 20

[Android Central Question]

I experience several problems with my new Huawei promate20
1 fingerprint : unable to register my finger cause it keeps saying " clean your finger" (they are CLEAN!)
2 toggle button : with 4 apps the button does not show and to get out I have to restart.
Any idea?

In terms of number 1, do you have a Screen protector on the phone? This can ruin the Fingerprint Scanner, and is typical for all phones with an In-screen Fingerprint Scanner.

If you do not have one, then maybe try clean the display a bit more, also check if there aren't any chips around where the Fingerprint Scanner is on the Display.

In terms number 2,please elaborate? 2 toggle button?
