Huawei u8850 incoming download mode

Hey guys, I need help, I tried to flash new firmware to my phone using SUT L3, but the download failed and when I now try to boot my phone this appears: "Incoming Download Mode: polling, get oemsbl_mode = 1(this keeps looping)", is there any way I could repair my phone?

I have this same problem with my huawei. Please someone help, i don't have idea how can i fix it.
