Huawei Y 511 u30 camera not working

Hi everyone, both cameras front and back of my phone are not working, and default camera app tells "could not connect to camera", I downloaded its stock rom and reinstalled it but still camera app was showing same problem and sometimes default camera app remain missing in apps menu, and when i go to any app like instagram or skype, and when i click on their camera icon then these app crash,... any one please tell what is solution of problem, i have just one month using it....
