Hi I have a Huawei y541-u02 phone which when powered on gets stuck with the Huawei logo. At the top I get a message in red saying "Check download state, last download may not be complete"
The only way to restart the phone is by removing the battery.
I cannot enter into recovery mode - after a while the phone simply displays the logo and the above message.
Tried to reflash using Spreadtrum but when I plug in the phone Spreadtrum app comes up with an error message saying it cannot open the port. I have installed the correct driver.
Tried to access the phone via adb on a Linux machine. The system recognizes the Spreadtrum device attached to the usb port but adb fails to identify any devices - ie adb devices does not list the phone.
Is there anything else I can do to make this phone responsive?
