Huawei Y6 stuck on Wifi Network screen and can't scan for available wifi networks.

I'm using a Huawei Y6,a couple of days ago it couldn't scan for available wifi networks so i did a factory reset on it. After this factory reset it's only allowing me to set the language and I get stuck on the wifi network section because it still wouldn't scan for Wifi or let me add wifi networks manually and the 'skip' button is greyed out so I'm stuck on this Wifi network screen. please help.

Welcome to Android Central! The wi-fi radio or antenna might be faulty. I'm not sure there's anything you can do about that besides bring it to a repair shop (or contact Huawei if it's still under warranty).
