Hulu Plus fails on 5.1

My player updated itself to 5.1 and now Hulu Plus some even load. I start the app and it appears to try to load but then just goes back to the main launcher screen.

I tried force stopping, clearing data, and uninstalling/reinstalling and still no luck.

What the heck?

Update: I did a factory restart then reinstalled Hulu. Loaded fine for initial startup. Didn't work again - still just went back to launcher screen.

Update #2: after multiple factory resets (2 of which were because the remote would no longer pair) Hulu plus is now working fine.
