Hurricane Irma is the only thing standing in between me and my Note 8.

Anyone else have delays due to the hurricane? Mine would have been delivered today had it not been for Irma.

I would imagine anyone living in Florida would be under a delivery delay. I think that's the least of their worries.

Mine made it here on Thursday luckily. I'm in Polk county and it looks like we're close to the path.

I have 2x Note 8's coming via UPS, yesterday morning at 9am they were loaded on to the truck for local delivery, waited all day. About 6:30p the status on both said "Delay". The weather her in Tampa was perfect. Even now as I type this at 4pm Sat, weather is fine.

I have resolved that I will have to ride out Irma with my old S7. I don't expect UPS to resume until Tuesday at the earliest with Wednesday or even Thursday being possible.

So if you were waiting on low light footage of my roof flying off, the S7 is limited. /j

Personally I am not in a evac or flood zone here in Ruskin. I am a stone's throw from the Amazon distribution center & National Weather Service radar station.

That sucks. To go from out for delivery to delayed. I feel for you. Have my non-waterproof V20 so I'm screwed if my roof goes.

Harvey/Houston was it's own problems with roads impassable even today.

Irma will make her mess and move on rather quickly. Short of losing the house completely we will still be here.

I actually got my phone on day one of the early delivery. I've thought several times about how much of a delay I may have seen if the phone had not been shipped early.

My free pre-order gift is currently being delayed. Seems like nothing is shipping to us right now. I'm in Hernando County and Irma seems to be heading right for us.

Your correct, sucks but the phone can wait.

Blues fan, I think if UPS called and said they will deliver it if he would be home, he would strap himself in and be there waiting.
