I have a Huawei Y530 that is locked. I have installed Hisuite on my computer, connected the USB cable to my phone. On my phone Fastboot and resque mode is displayed, but I can't do anything, cannot swith off, cannot used volume keys in combination of power on/off button.
If I remove/place the battery the phone starts but loading is interrupted with a black screen ' ANDROID '
The Hisuite screen on my PC says " cannot connect ".
I believe the memory of the phone is full
