I accidentally deleted Over The Horizon.

Only way I ever knew was a factory reset. Try clearing data on the stock music player to reset it to like new. If I remember correctly it was tied to that app.

I did the same and factory reset and It did nothing
 
I did a 1st factory reset about 5 weeks ago and afterwards it was the only music file on the phone. I didn't know what it was when this thread started.

I am on a factory SM-N9005 phone from Amazon.

Maybe someone can post it to you, but I can't understand why its not there.
