I accidentally removed the keyboard on my Moto E, now I can't unlock my phone. How can I get into my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! How did you remove the keyboard? The stock keyboard typically can't be deleted. Are you rooted? Or did you disable the keyboard?

you could sign into google play website from another device, and find a keyboard to install, your phone will then install it.

The problem, though, is that the OP can't get past the lockscreen. In order to use a new keyboard that's been remotely installed, you'd still have to get past the lockscreen, and go to the Settings>Language & Input ​menu to choose that new keyboard.
