I accidentally turn off my screen lock and now i cant turn it back on.

By merely touching my phone, I disabled my lock screen. Now I cant figure out how to turn it back on. I tried going to settings, to lock screen, but it asks for my samsung password (???)

You don't remember your password ? Most likely going have to factory reset

Welcome to Android Central! This is your phone, right? It should be the password you created. If someone else owned the phone before you, then it's probably asking for that previous owner's password.
