i am having a problem. i'm fy reset my phone and its turn on this phone is locked...bla3 and i entered my id and password but it doesn’t work it looks in process in a while and signing in but its processing failed what can i do help mee

Unfortunately there's not much you can do if the Factory Reset Protection is active on your device. You NEED the right account and password (and depending on which account placed the FRP, it might not be your account!). Sorry we can't do much to help, but that protection is built that way for a reason...
