I am having problems with dead spots on my phone

I am using an android model of huawei Y300-0151 version 4.1.1

They say dead spots are normal on android phones and that you just have to wait for the phone solve the dead spot itself but it has been a year already.

I need help on how I could solve this problem without having to spend anything.

I am having dead spots on the notification part and in the center part of the phone. Is there a domestic way to solve dead spots on android phones??

Welcome to Android Central! I don't believe I've ever heard of dead spots being normal. If it's a problem with the digitizer, it's unlikely that it will resolve. If the problem persist after a factory data reset, then your main option is to replace the digitizer (and/or the whole screen, depending on if they can be separated).
