I am looking for an APP that will pull information from a website and display to TV via HDMI

I want to use an Android TV Box to setup a dynamic Information Display using a regular LCD TV. The idea is, I will create and upload contents every day and the app needs to automatically show the content as soon as they are uploaded.

Any suggestions?

Have the box connected to a web server that shows your content. Upload the daily content and that's what will show. (using a phone, web browser and HDMI or Chromecast connection from the phone to the TV is probably easier.)

If the "content" isn't too CPU-intensive (like a huge battle in a game), any old computer running XP could be the server. (Even an old phone could be if it's running Jellybean or above. Older phones may not be able to run web servers.)
