I am sick of looking around. HELP ME!!!

Hello people,

I was soooo excited about the idea of buying a phone with an Android OS provided by the great google and a PlayStation platform.

I bought it and I have never regretted doing something in my whole like I do now.

Every single thing in this device needs internet and I can't do that except through a freaking proxy and the dam* thing can't be configured. I tried everything, I even risked loosing the warranty and rooted it to be able to install proxy apps but nothing works.

I thought updating it might solve the problem but guess what? I can't use PC Companion to do that. Why? I don't know.

Also, What is with the PlayStation platform thing?!!!! when the h*ll are they going to release playstation games for it? or is it just a big swindle?

Excuse my French but I am really sick and need a solution. I don't even know where do you get support for the dam* thing.

I explained everything up there. I need a solution to the proxy problem; That is leaving aside all the other problems.

sounds like a carrier issue to me. i would take it into the store and tell them you can't get your data to work.

Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough. I meant the WiFi proxy. I can access internet through mobile network but I ain't gonna download 1GB of data with it; That will cost a fortune.

Why the hell can't you get into the net connection without a proxy?

You need to chill out though.. you're tripping out about the most trivial of things, as for the Playstation Pad, download some emulator apps., DroidSNES is great and works perfectly especially with the gamepad. I've been playing Final Fantasy V, Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, Vandal Hearts, Tails of Phantasia, etc. and no, the freaking phone doesn't need a net connection consistently to work.

You never elaborated on WHY you need a proxy though? I get on WiFi just fine.
