i am trying to downlod an app i acedently pressed block app then it took me to the securiy on settin

i downloded an app i tried it whith two diefferent apps and it says when i try to press instal it says theis is unspoourtitly blocked it has ouptians canel and settings and i put setting and it takes me to the security and i have an htc desire 626s please help

Welcome to Android Central! Where are you downloading these apps from--Google Play Store or some other source? Do you have any 3rd party security apps installed?

I'm not sure what "unspoourtitly blocked it has ouptians canel" means. Can you clarify?
