I am trying to run StraightTalk on a Movistar Galaxy S4, how can I do this?

Trying to run StraightTalk on a Movistar Galaxy S4

But I can't send mms or connect to the internet without a wifi connection. Plus my mobile network state says it's disconnected. I put in all my apn settings just like it said on straighttalks website.
