I am unable to receive calls on my centura.

I've had the phone for a couple of years.
When I call the cell phone from my landline, a voice message advises "a mail box has not been set up".
I deleted all but four recent calls and I really do not want to set up a voice mailbox.

Have you spoken to your carrier? Can you make Calls?
