I am using LG-E975 handset and since one week it is not functioning properly, the moment I unlock the handset one blank page is getting open in which text is mentioned... Your android system is getting upgrade please do not reboot OR restate. I have waited so long to get it finish. but after keeping one whole day also nothing happen and same page is appearing whenever I unlock the handset please help me on this please assist me

Welcome to Android Central! Do you recall getting a notification that a system update was available? What happens if you reboot the phone? Or boot into Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11126 (these steps should also work for your phone)
