I believe I damaged something but can I adjust the side so I can see the entire display??

So long story short, I broke my pen got it out and I danged my LCD. However when I take a screen shot the tiny yellow/blue line and a blank white screen about 1inch on the right side of my screen does not appear on the screen shot.

I've attached two photos to show you.

Now I don't know why I never thought of thought of this until now. Is there an app or way I can change the display to only show all the way from the left edge to about right where the right side of the S pen starts?

Is there any visible damage to the phone? If not, take it back to your carrier and replace it.
