I bought a tablet off of Amazon, piltom k7 an i cant find play store

[Android Central Question]

I ordered it off Amazon it's supposed to be a Android brand but it does not have Play store on it I cannot figure out how to download Play store or to just get my Google account sync to it and add that device so that I can put the apps I want on this tablet how do you do this or should I just send it back

Welcome to Android Central! Not all Android devices are certified for Google Play -- this is common with devices direct from China. I would recommend returning it, and instead stick with well-known and reputable manufacturers like Samsung, Lenovo, or Nokia.
