I can’t see my emails

I have a fossil founder Q smart watch. I have downloaded outlook onto it and I am unable to see my emails. Every time I go to the app, it tells me that I am “all caught up” but when I check on my phone I have a ton of emails. I have it set to mirror my phone but nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Please help!!
