You'd have to do a hardware key factory reset (which will obviously wipe your phone), and then enter your Google account name/password in order to proceed (due to Factory Reset Protection): https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30227
Passwords are incredibly important on your device. If you're prone to forgetting them, consider writing them down on a piece of paper and keeping them somewhere secure, like a safe.
