I can not download the Bliss pop on my Galaxy S 5, but i did download the 3.2.

If the link/update is not showing for your phone, maybe the developer has specifically marked the S5 as non-compatible. Might by a bug they found or just a temporary glitch. Either way, it's the dev you might want to contact and let them know there's interest in getting this going for an S5.
