I Can Sometimes Bypass The EVO3D Lock-Screen.

I have noticed that with me EVO3D, that I can sometimes bypass the lock screen by going to the emergency dial screen and then pressing the back button. Can I report this issue to HTC? This doesn't happen everytime, but it happens enough to where I am worried that if I were to lose my phone, that someone could unlock the screen. I already lock my privacy sensitive apps with the AVG App Locker, so the person would still have problems unlocking the phone, but there is ways around any locking app.

So has anyone had this happen to them before?
