I Cannot Caller Id On Huawei Ascend XT2, Please Help

I have notice that since yesterday when I am receiving or making calls no caller ID shows up on my screen. No name nor number. The image below is what I see when making and receiving call (I'm actually making a call when I screen shot that image).

How do I fix this?

My phone is a Huawei Ascend XT2 and I've searched everywhere in settings without success. I download other dialer but they all produce the same screen

Are you by chance on At&T? They were just not seeing names but it could be your model on that service...?

Good thought, but OP mentions that even the number doesn't show up, which isn't the case with the AT&T Call Protect issue ...
