I cannot download any of my email attachments or see them. what can I do to fix that?

i cannot download any of my email attachments or see them. what cani do to fix that?

When i hit preview it shows a message that says, "no application to support this action". When i hit download it just says stored in a certain file.

You need to install an app that can handle whatever type of file it is that you are downloading.

Files are named like: afiilename.txt. The file extension is at the end of the file name, .txt or .pdf for example. The extension tells us what type of file it is and what app is needed to open it.
So what is the extension on these attachments?

Apparently you have downloaded the attachments. Probably will find them in the /Download folder.
