I cannot download themes from the Samsung store

I have an att Note 8 with a valid and current Samsung account and yet the Samsung themes store does not allow me to download any themes at all. I can download wallpapers ok but no themes. I am using Nova launcher prime but I was under the impression that Nova would not be a problem with installing Sqmsung themes. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I get into the themes store but when I click on any theme download button nothing happens. Strange, does anybody have any idea? Oh btw, my WiFi is great and yes I rebooted, cleaned cache, hard rebooted and still no go. Trying to avoid factory reset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try going to setting apps and clear cache data of the app and try force stop...then try...let me know

I have Nova as well and have no problems with Samsung Themes

wait. not meaning to hijack you post but you can use a Samsung theme AND Nova launcher?

Works with me on nova I would remove app and reinstall it.

Yes. I do without issue. Eother they have a setting issue or some possible problem.

May be able to chat with Samsung Techs online

Mine looks exactly like yours and it doesn’t work. I am beginning to think that the problem may be in same crazy setting.

I am having the same problem. I go to try to download a theme and it will not let me. I have spent. I don't understand y I can do it

Why not try switching back to TouchWiz and see if you can get a theme with it as your launcher and if that doesn't work, you'll know that the issue lies beyond the launcher.

Is the issue with paid or free themes or both?

I had the same problem. I fixed it by going into the accessibility settings and checking off any option in the vision subsettings. Let us know the results. Thanks

I'm using Samsung galaxy note 3 rooted... This is the response I received whenever I tried to access the theme store or galaxy app

I chatted on the Samsung + app, and finally got the answer. You can't have "Show button shapes" turned on or else you can't download any Themes! Settings - Accessibility - Vision - Show button shapes. The Samsun + app worked great. Chatted with an expert and he immediately got the right fix for my problem.
