I cannot get my phone to power on

I couldn't get it to power on so I let it stay charging all night and the screen pop up to reboot it or factory reset it and I rebooted it and it's not been back on again

It's dead Jim. Sorry, maybe take to repair shop if you can't get any response from pushing buttons..
