I cannot hear from both sides when I make a call on my S6 with Bluetooth earpiece

[Android Central Question]

I have two different Bluetooth ear piece and it connects perfectly with my S6,can listen to music but when I make a call I cannot hear the voice from the other person neither can the person hear my voice. I tried it with my blackberry, two different iphones and hotwav phone and it worked perfectly(the call audio).
I disables the "ok Google" as it has been suggested and even the voice and audio and the S voice but am still having the dame problem.
I really need help
