I cannot purchase apps!

I know there are already some threads on this, but because of the known problem with the LTE google wallet,I figured it may be related. Basically, whenever I try to purchase any app, it tells me the purchase has been declined. It doesn't matter of it is through "bill my sprint account" or through credit card payment, it gets rejected. I researched, and some people recommended clearing the app data and rebooting and all that, but that still didn't do the trick. Any ideas as to what the heck is going on? It keeps asking me to sign in to my google wallet to figure put the problem...
 
Been having same problem with SG2 Epic Touch. Going on a few weeks now. Can't make purchases, can't bill account.

well i hope somebody has an answer to this because it is quite frustrating
 
Goto google.com, select More.. than select Wallet.
Login to your account and see if you have any active payment methods registered and that your default card is not expired.

The default card to purchase apps is not necessarily the same as the card in the Wallet app.
 
I think I figured it out. When I want to the google wallet thing through google.com on my pc, this popped up:

"We were unable to verify the credit or debit card information for your recent order. Your order has been cancelled and your card was not charged. Rest assured that Google is committed to preserving the security of your information and providing a safe online shopping experience.

To resolve this issue, you'll need to scan the following verification documents to your computer and then upload them below.

If you don't have a scanner, please click here.

Until we receive and verify the requested documents, future orders will not be processed. Please do not create additional accounts.

If you choose not to submit these verification documents, your account will remain suspended and you will not be able to place orders or access your Google Wallet account."

Have NEVER seen this in all the time I've been having issues.

If you have ever had that credit card stop payment on a purchase it can flag it and some vendors wont accept it!

Can't say this applies to me either.
 
Just found this thread and am also having the same issues. Card never had a problem. Billing to sprint doesn't work as well.

Tried clearing cache and data in play store and for google services. Even went as far as doing a factory reset and still no go..

Took it to sprint store but they were useless...

Went to google wallet on my pc and never got that message..

Help?
 
People we should call google and tell them

I called them 5 days ago.. They claim that a specialist will email me... I have yet to receive and email from a specialist...

Seems like calling google will not solve your issue immediately..
 
cannot purchase on google app with google card or cc it statest wait 24 hours and then never comes down????
