I cannot unlock my phone, the pin is wrong.

Hello
Whenever i set up the new pin and i try to open my phone again i get information that the pin is wrong.
Pin is correct 100000%
Fortunately i have a software thanks to which i can remove the pin from my phone.

I dont know what is going on. I remember i was trying to set 2 step configuration, plus i was downloading microsoft authenticator, but i uninstall everything, plus switched off the 2 step verification.
I dont know what to do know, please help

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What software to remove the PIN are you referring to? Any software to remove a phone's PIN would be pretty shady, and possibly illegal, since that could be used to break into stolen phones.
