I can't connect my bluethooth earbuds to samsung galaxy S8, any sugestions?

I can't connect my bluethooth earbuds to samsung galaxy S8, I've been using this earbuds on another andriod phone for a few months they work perfectly but for some reason, the samsung galaxy s8 won't pair with them at all.

does any one have an idea about how to solve this issue?

What is the make/model of the earbuds? Check the ear bud's manufacturer's website for any firmware updates.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the old phone still nearby and turned on? If so, it might be competing for the Bluetooth connection.

You're going through the initial pairing procedure as described in the earbuds manual, right? Is there a button you're supposed to press and hold on the earbuds to make them discoverable to the phone? Are you tapping the Refresh or Scan button in the phone's Bluetooth menu while the earbuds are discoverable?
