I can't do the new JB update

Alright this is my problem, I did the unofficial jelly bean update a few weeks ago and now that I want to do the new official one I can't. When I connect it to Kies it tell me that "Your device current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via kies". Any idea how I can make this work? I don't want to erase everything again and this is my firmware version PDA:K23 /Phone:K23 / CSC:K23

By k23 do you mean FK23? I would suggest using the GB27 one click file found on xda.
