I can't enable the swipe or no security feature

Ever since I enabled the finger print security option it won't let me pick the no security. How can I enable this back. It says it has been turned off by administrator. How do I get thy back?

Lock screen and security, other security settings, clear credentials.

Try that.

I think it clears the fingerprint requirement... not sure if it clears the saved prints or not.

It doesn't clear the fingerprints stored.
