I cant enter the Firmware update

[AC Question]

My LG G3 is stuck on a boot loop. I was trying to unbrick it by using the LG flash tool but I need to enter the firmware update mode. I already tried to turn it on by connecting it to my pc and pressing Vol + but it goes to a screen that says "download mode". After that my pc makes a sound informing me that the phone connected but the phone dosent go on Firmware update mode. It just shuts down on me. I updated all the drivers and still nothing happens.

I think the problem is there with your new firmware that you are trying to install. Make sure that you get the correct firmware and try it again. I usually gets my tools from the https://www.lgflash.com/. Their tools are great and easy to use. I think the problem is there with the firmware.
