I can't find sticky note widget I downloaded from Google play store in my Samsung Grand Prime, where could it be?

I can't find stickynote widget I downloaded from Google play store in my samsung grandprime

have downloaded it twice, and browsed in the apps folder, it's there but icon is missing so i can not open and use it.

Welcome to the forums. If you go into Play>Menu>my apps>swipe over to the right, that will show you all the apps you downloaded.
