I can't get app data to transfer from old LG G6 to new Galaxy S10

I can get everything (apps, music etc) to go to new phone but the data doesn't migrate with it. I backed up all data (inc app data) on old phone but when I try to find a way to restore that data to the apps on the new phone (S10) there doesn't seem to be a way to do it. I used the Smart Switch app by Samsung to move everything. I've backed up the data on the sd card and google drive but still no way for the Samsung phone to access this info. I'm sure this is supposed to be easy and I've done it many times before with other android phones but am having no luck today.

In your s10 box should be a adapter and your cable to connect both devices and transfer through smart switch on the phone

AFAIK you probably can't get an app's private data (all the stuff in /data/data/[package name here]) off the old phone without root access or some system backdoor.

Yeah, app data backup and restore or transfer in Android is still pretty terrible.

Ah, titanium backup... How i miss thee.
